Google is a website so you're apparently asking about your browser. Which is it - Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc? Can you access the upper right corner to click either the Minimize, Restore Down, or Close buttons? If you click & hold a blank spot in the Titlebar area, can you drag the browser window to where you want it?

I cannot access top right at all or the right side of screen It is when I go into Google Chrome only. Everything else is good and centred it's just when I click on Google chrome. I have tried dragging etc but doesn't work. I am on Windows 7 on a dell laptop.

Normally I wouldn't post another forums address in here but this is Google's own help forum and it has several answers to help you. This seems to be a fairly common problem with Chrome.
