Sorry. Can you elaborate a little bit more on the problem ? Do you mean you are directed to Toshiba homepage when you start IE or other browsers ?

Or is this a program called Toshiba Homepage which you installed ?

Just open your browser and reset the homepage to whatever you like. Use google search to see how to reset the browser you are using as you have given us minimal information...thanks

Do you mean the home page of your internet explorer, firefox or google chrome?

Please be specific as all the browsers have different settings.

internet explorer you need to go to tools on the right side> internet options>general page from the box remove everything and type www.google.com> apply ok

Agreed, but you can also go to whatever page you want, and copy the adress from the adress bar, and just paste that into that "homepage" box in the internet options, too, overwriting the adress that is there (the toshiba page you dont like). I use my email page. Click on tools, up in the right hand corner in ie, it will be the option at the very bottom, "internet options" like mar3383 said. Alternately, the identical internet options box appears in the control panel.
