Solved how to enable Virtual PC Windows 7 64 bit

Specs: Windows 7, AMD E2-3000 whith radeon graphics 1.8 ghz DUAL core
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine emurender.

AMD-V is disabled in the BIOS. (VERR_SVM_DISABLED).

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Component: Console
Interface: IConsole {db7ab4ca-2a3f-4183-9243-c1208da92392}

You need to go into the BIOS and enable AMD-V.

This enables a Virtual Machine to use resources more, especially with a multi core processor.

Intel processors have a similar thing called VT-x Windows VM wont work without it.
