how to disable sticky keys on acer netbook

Specs: Windows Vista
new 10"' acer netbook. window keeps coming up "do you want to turn on sticky keys?
won't accept no
window keeps returning
shut down and restarted to no avail
now it won't accept my password on restart

Clean them. Ha ha, but go into the control panel, turn on Small Icons and click Keyboard. Then click on the Ease of Access Center. Then click on "Make the keyboard easier to use" Then uncheck StickyKeys.

Or, just press the Shift key 5 times and click No.
