hmmmm....I have no idea why you are using AOL software on windows 7 anyways...AOL is the WORST software to get installed on a PC and almost impossible to remove from the registry.

Unless you ONLY have dialup, I might suggest that learning to use a regular browser like IE, Firefox, chrome etc will be doing you and your computer a favour. Just a suggestion, as I have seen AOL software destroy many hard drives in the past.

I didn't think anyone even used AOL anymore. I agree with XpUser4Real, get AOL off your Win7 system & learn how to use a "normal" browser.

Take the training wheels off the internet and go for it. Uninstall AOL, do a system restore to before it was installed if it was installed recently, or do a factory restore after backing up your files... It's THAT important to get clear of it.
If you do not like Internet Explorer, try my preference which is Firefox, but many like Chrome also. Set a home page like Google so you can easily search the internet for everything you may want to see. With Firefox you can set it to open multiple 'home pages' so you are immediately ready for multitasking or to choose which path you are going to venture along that session.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
