First, please turn off caps lock - it is considered as shouting and many posters will ignore you.

Which email program are you using?

Delete the email addresses from your address book. Also turn off autofill.

Your email list can be accessed by opening your email and clicking on Contacts.

open contacts list/address book, then right click on the contact you wish to get rid off and select delete option. Sometimes you check a box beside the contact and hit a delete box as mentioned above depends what program you use. right click delete works on many.

THE ADDRESSES I WANT TO DELETE ARE NOT IN MY CONTACTS--SOME OF THEM NEVER HAVE BEEN. BUT THEY SHOW UP AS I PUT FIRST LETTERS INTO THE "SEND TO" BLANK

You were asked to NOT type in all caps. Don't you get it?

Shut of auto complete, like I mentioned above.
