How to create recovery disks for Sony Vaio

Specs: Windows 7
How do i recreate recovery disks for Sony Vaio vpccw21fx, mine was broken by accident. Please i need help, i'm worried cos if it crashes it will be difficult for me to repair, i do need help please???

Turn on the computer.
When the VAIO screen is displayed, press the F8 key.
At the Advanced Boot Options screen, ensure Repair Your Computer is selected and 
press the ENTER key.
In the System Recovery Options window, "under" Select a keyboard layout:, click the 
Next button. "under" To access recovery options..., next to User name:, 
click the down arrow, and click to select an account with Administrator rights.
Next to Password:, type the appropriate password for this account.
Click the OK button.
"under" Choose a recovery tool, click to select the desired option:

Startup Repair
System Restore
Windows Complete PC Restore
Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool
Command Prompt
VAIO Recovery Center

Sure nice of Mavis007, I'd have told you to look in the owners manual.

you may also create a recovery disk from the win 7 backup and restore center, on the left side, create recovery cd and image are available.

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....

Create also a 'Windows 7 Repair Disk', it may come in handy also.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

First Create Recovery DVDs, It may Take 3DVDs,

Important Step If U Want TO Save On HDD Then Use Some IsoMounting Tools Like Poweriso or Daemon Tolls And Create Images Of Them And Store In External HardDisk.
