Specs: Windows 7
I have 2 hard drives in my laptop . I would like to have XP w/office 2007 on one partition and XP w/office 2010 on a second partition. On the second drive, I would like to have Windows 7 w/office 2007 on one partition and Windows 7 w/office 2010.
I would like to be able to multiboot into any one of these 4 operating scenarios. Please help!

There are many sites which will give advice about this (apart from the related posts here) - just google.

Basically you need to install the XPs first and second then the win7s (if you want to use Microsoft's boot manager - as earlier o/s always need to be installed before later for this to set up properly).

You could also try the virtual machine approach (MS virtual PC, vmware, virtual box) - then you can run whatever you want from within the host system (ie, no rebooting to access other o/s)

Thanks for the post. I completed the project thou I had to use BCDedit 2.0 to completed the project. Windows 7 wipes out the boot record for earlier operating systems starting with Windows XP.

Yes it does, but if you choose 'Custom' when installing Windows 7 (at least the final one), it should have given you the option of a multitboot boot manager.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
