I think you probably want to compress the photo files into a single file. That's usually done with something like winzip. Last time I put photos on facebook it was a one-at-a-time deal but maybe I didn't know what I was doing or they've made it easier. This might help:

Uploading via a zip file is explained about halfway down. Also winzip has something they call zipshare that might interest you:

If you want to compress a folder into a .zip file and don't want to install third party software, follow these steps:

- select all files in the folder;
- right click and select "Send to Compress Folder";
- rename the .zip file created inside the folder as you like.

Windows treats a .zip file as a special folder you can open to access its contents.

Both good answers but I'm not sure that's what he wants to do. Zipping up a bunch of photos won't let him post them all at once on Facebook. I think he needs to learn how to upload his photos to his Facebook page.

Normieann, what sort of problems are you having when you try to upload pictures to Facebook?

You don't turn folders into files, other than for compression which has already been mentioned. You upload the contents of the folder, which is a bunch of photo files.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Normieann probably wants to change the folder into a file because
files are the only things that can be uploaded to Facebook.
