How to backup Laptop Recovery

Specs: Dell, Core 2 t7500/3gb
Hey guys
Anyone know how to copy Laptops recovery partition to another computer to restore it factory by press F10 i hope u guys know what i mean i bought Sony Vaio laptop it has Factory recovery partition it's more reliable i just want to make it for my desktop.

In some cases you can copy the entire hard drive bit by bit. Some clone software can do that. In some cases the company that made it uses some tricks to limit that.

Generally you can purchase replacement media to use on new hard drives if the old one has failed. Generally you can make media if not provided.

My laptop is Sony Vaio If i copy the entire hard drive bit by bit so should it work on dell Optiplex or bootable with f10 or something like that

No, the recovery partition was only meant for that particular computer. You can't copy it and use it on another machine.

No you can't. You need to get recovery disks for the Dell Optiplex if it doesn't have a recovery partition. The recovery partition is designed and created by the manufacturer.

To use F10 the BIOS must be the same. Hardly likely that a desktop and laptop of different manufacture would have the same. Your best and easiest way would be by making a bootable usb or dvd backup.
