How to back up drivers in Windows 7

Specs: Windows 7 Premium, 1.794 GHz / 1982 MB
Is it possible to back up drivers in Windows 7 without having to add a 3rd party(Non Microsoft software)program?

I am not familiar with Windows 7, but I do know that it is a good idea to back up drivers from the last time I had a new computer who's manufacturer did not include a driver disc.

if you need special drivers that are not included in win 7 driver base, or not available from the win 7 update data base, i would suggest copying them from the disk or downloading them and then keep them in a special folder..on a separate partition or drive.

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....
