How do you turn off google autocomplete in W7

Specs: Windows 7
When I type words into the search box, Google tries to anticipate what I want to write and is wrong 95% of the time. How do I just type what I want without "help" from the automatic fill-in feature?

Just ignore what it displays & put in what you want, it is just offering more options/possibilities.

If you really want to change it, try > Google Instant in their Preference page.
