Solved How do you get your printer off sleep mode

Specs: Windows 7
on the screen it says stack copies:01 sleep, when I tried to print it says error 20 pages still waiting but I already canceled them. I have tried restarting the printer it still doesn't print, the only thing it does is print a networks connection page

Probably far too simple but have you restarted the computer?

Also unplug all the printer cables, restart the computer and plug them in again.

Yes, when that happens I clear the prints, unplug the printer, wait at least 30 seconds, plug in the printer and while it is starting, I restart the computer. This combination in this order has usually worked for me.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

According this page it mean a hardware failure:

Description:
LED ASSY error (K)
Causes:
1 FFC connection failure of each LED ASSY. 2 LED head control PCB failure. 3 Failure of each LED ASSY. 4 Main PCB failure. 5 Low-voltage power supply PCB failure.

Good find sluc. If the simple stuff doesn't jigger it into working then it looks like printer repair or replace time.
