cache file to upload a video
I'm a tad confused. Are you wanting to download a video from Facebook onto your computer so that you have a file which you can use offline?

If so then it is no longer possible to do this from the cache as you did in the old days. Your cache is filled and emptied as you go along and you will no longer find a complete file there. If you have Firefox there is an add-on for this:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fi...

I use YouTube downloader (YTD) free version, which I understand will handle Facebook videos too:
http://www.ytddownloader.com/
During install use "Custom" install and uncheck all the unwanted goodies, also Decline everything. Although some anti-spyware programs still report this I believe it is safe if you do this.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Myself I right click on the html link which usually is labeled video on facebook. Select copy link address or something similar depending on the browser that you use. I then go to http://en.savefrom.net/1-how-to-dow... paste what I previous copied, click download button and soon appears a downloadable link for that video. I sure there are extensions for some of the browsers that would do this automatically for you.
