Solved How do I set my realtek audio manager back to default

Specs: Windows 7
I seem to have a problem with my audio the voice is not natural and very high pitched I possibly made an adjustment to the Realtek audio manger settings and I just want to reset to the original to get back the natural voice particularly on Skype can you tell me how I can achieve this?

Open Realtek audio manager and there should be an option to reset all settings to default, usually accompanied by a button called 'Default'.
