I have a .pdf file downloaded from a list on a sharepoint site; I want to maintain the structure of the columns as they appear in the pdf but the formatting becomes jumbled when I save to a spreadsheet from pdf

I think there should be a way as I thought I had even done it once or twice before :)

Are you using "Save As" or "Save as Other?"

Look at this:

I think there is a free trial version (I just got an email about this yesterday).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
