Solved how do I restore my toshiba laptop L755

Specs: Windows 7
I have a toshiba satellite l755 laptop. It can boot up and it runs windows 7. However, it is running poorly and I want to know how can I wipe it clean and restore it.

If it has a factory image...turn it off. Hold down the zero key "0", while keeping it pressed down, turn on the unit and keep it held down a few seconds. If there is a recovery image that should bring up recovery menu. If not it usually asks you to make a series of recovery disks when you buy it.
