So you are having issues with wireless connectivity then?

You can see if there are any driver issues by going to Start (orb) -> right click on 'Computer' -> Manage -> Device Manager

Do you see anything your device manager with a yellow ! ? Also what is the make/model of your aspire?

If you restart the computer and let it load normally it will probably note the missing driver and reinstall it. Sounds like wifi is either turned off or that was the driver deleted.

If those do not work, you should only download drivers for your system from the manufactures own site. Probably, Support, Download, Drivers and select your model.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Whenever you delete a file keep it in the bin for a while unless you are quite certain what it is. That means you can then restore it if you find it was a bad move. You should always ensure that you know what it is you have deleted.

I would generally advise that you take great care when removing system files - we get many cases on here when computers fail to boot after folk have done this.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
