How do I reset my mail page format

October 17, 2012 at 06:38:10
Specs: Windows 7
I don't know anything about computers so I am afraid to attempt to try to change my page back. My heading on the page, where the delete, forward etc are on is covering my mail list, I now have to open each email than the heading changes and I have to click home to reply or delete go to the next email or whatever I need to do. my email sentences go from one side of the screen to the other. I never got rid of the contact list can't find a way to do it, I do the right click but delete is not high lighted so I can't click on it. Another problem is every time I log off I get a pop up that says not to uplug updating 1 of 1, I know these are normal to get but never got them everytime I log off. I hope you can understand what my problems are I just don't know enough about pc's to express myself properly. I am sure I did something to cause this change but have no idea what I did.

You haven't given us any idea which browser you are using...which e-mail client you are using....it really helps when we get as much info as possible....

I am thinking by email browser you mean my mail page, that is windows live. I have no idea what you mean by a email client. I had web tv before for several years, just went into a lap top and I don't understand a lot about about a p.c. I am a 71 year old female and only enjoy going into my favorites, and writing and receiving emails. BTW, I think that updating 1 of 1 is because they are unable to update something from skype.I do thank you for your time.
