How do I remove the error message and get back to sending em

Specs: Windows 7
attempted to send emails to friends and error ID OX800ccc69, indicating a spam Subject:How to easily transfer pld tapes and film to DVD. Please get rid of this and open my computer to sending emails again.

First, let me say that issues on new machines should be handles by the vendor or manufacture under warranty.
Second, please stay with this post and do not double post on the same subject/issue.
Important: We need to know how you send your emails. If you use a program on your computer or if you use a browser and use a web mail service. AND what email you use. This is very important because how you email will tell us if the error or spam blocking is an issue on your machine (unlikely), an issue with your ISP or web mail host, or malware on your machine causing the problem.
Include the make and model of the machine, your ISP, your mail host if not your ISP, any program you use to access your email, your antivirus program, and anything you can think of that might be related (including any recent other issues that have come up, even if they appear to have been solved and how they were solved).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
