How do i recover my trash mail if deleted? If I have deleted e-mails, there should be a section/folder in any e-mail service called Trash or Deleted. If you go there, then there should be your e-mails that you had deleted. If I have deleted the e-mails from those folders as well, can recover them

More than likely they can't be recovered. Which email program are you using?

Are you asking the question or you trying to answer someone else's question?
If you are trying to answer then you are in the wrong place, you need to go to the post that the question was asked on.
If you are asking the question, it is not clear if you are running a program on your computer (Outlook, Thunderbird, Live Mail, etc.) or if you are using a web based mail service (GMail, Yahoo, AOL, etc.). If the later, then you need to ask the mail service about possibly recovering after emptying the deleted mail folder. If the former, post the program name or look to the FAQ's for their site. In either case, it is not likely that already twice deleted items will be recoverable.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

They'll stay on the servers for awhile:

You would need to contact the email provider and see if they would restore them to your account.
