can you see all the memory in the bios?
open resource monitor, that will help quite a lot to see what is using the memory.

whats the max you can put in the mobo?
have you got the sticks correctly set in the mobo slots?

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....

Windows 7 32bit can only 'see' a little over 3GB memory (usually about 3.25GB) but only if you have 4GB installed and then only if you have a distinct graphics card, otherwise you will usually see only 3GB with the rest going to support your onboard or on chip graphics.
To use more than 4GB you need Windows 7 64bit and separate graphics card would be best, especially if you want to use all of your memory.
I see 64bit on your tag above but if this is the case, you will need to do some investigating as recommended above, and probably more.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
