Sorry but it's near impossible - it is intentional. When you buy stuff you have to first find out the situation with what you are buying. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks message edited by Derek

You have to know the password to clear the password. Without it, you bought a brick. Changing the HDD won't help. Toshiba won't help either. You need to contact the previous owner.
