Specs: Windows 64
Running Win 7 64 bit, my printer is an HP Photosmart 7510. When online the printer will only pring 26 lines of text max., then continues on a new sheet of paper. I've set the full page option in print preview. What is wrong?

The settings for the printer when online and when in a local program may be different.

Instead of using the keyboard shortcuts to print, try going to file print and then look at the properties. Something must be amiss there. Check paper size, orientation, margins, etc.

Is it double line spacing?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

AliceKam, when doing a print preview you should have the options to resize the document by percentages...did you try that? Play around with those settings and it should work for you.

If the above is not working well enough for you, or you need to print a lot of text from online and do not want to waste a lot of paper, you can simply copy the text and paste it into a new Word or similar document, delete the ads, arrange the margins, paragraphs, line spacing, font, and other formatting and when you have the document down to a reasonable amount of pages, then print it from there.
In most online printing, this takes too much time, but for really large print jobs, or when you want to control the look of the print out more, it is an option.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

OtheHill, paper size is okay both there and print preview is on full screen. Thanks for deleting my e-mail addy.

Derek, it does not double space and the print size is about 9, unreadable in my point of view.

Alice

Fingers, that is what I'm doing and am finding some web sites doesn't allow everything selected to be copied. Woe is me.

Alice

XPUser4Real, I've tried about everything. Another question is why should this have to be done? I've had other HP printers and have never had a problem. There must be something wrong somewhere.
