Specs: Windows 7 home premium 64bit, INTRL(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM /8GB
I recently had my computer re-imaged and the backup is not returning all the files to there original pasition. So I have a copy of the favorites file but can't seem to get it back into the browser without manualy entering them. I'm hoping there is a simpler way to do this.

✔ Best Answer
To import favourites HTML backup file in to Chrome:

Right-click the grey bookmarks bar & choose "Bookmarks Manager"
Click "Organise" and choose "Import Bookmarks for HTML file".

If you can't do that for any reason just log in to your Google Account and Bookmarks will be restored automatically from your account data on Google servers.
