Solved How do I find the spooner for my printer to start up

Specs: Windows 7
I get messages from my printer in order to print I need to turn on the spooner . I can't remember what window I start in to get to that information.

Open a command prompt by clicking start --> run or holding the Windows key and pressing R and typing "cmd" in the "Run" dialog box. Once at a command prompt, type in the following:

net start spooler

That should start it.

Be aware that if the service starts and then crashes, it may be an indication of a larger problem such as an incompatible driver or an issue with the system configuration.

Start -> Run -> services.msc

Services window opens.

Find Spooler service and put that on Automatic. You need to have Admin privileges to change service startup type.
