How do I expose "program files" on Windows 7? it appears to be either hidden or non existent. I am trying to insert Lame dL in a Digital audio workstation, Reaper. I need to open program files to insert
the dl so Reaper will recognize it.

✔ Best Answer
Try Start > Computer > C:\ > Program Files or Program Files (x86)

Strange though. On my Win 7 64 bit both Program Files and Program Files (x86) are visible straight off the C drive in "Computer". Maybe you have to be Administrator.

As you probably know the x86 variant is for 32 bit programs.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
