I have found that installing the file at para 5 works without uninstalling previous versions. Best to Save the downloaded file to a folder or the desktop then Run it from there by double clicking it.

If you are using Windows 7 then that is not a setting, it is your "operating system". You can't just download Vista, it has to be bought from Microsoft. Why do you want Vista?

"Windows 7" and "Windows Vista" are "operating systems" from Microsoft. There is no such thing as a setting that moves from one to the other. It's a bit like looking for a setting to change a car to a different model.

Most folk on this forum reckon Windows 7 is far better than the older and bulkier Vista. If you really want to go backwards then it "might" have come with original restore disks (which would lose everything you have since added).

Did you try the download I suggested for Adobe Flash Player?

Sometimes YouTube can be a bit slow if the website, your server, or the internet, are busy.

I would stick with Windows 7. It is the latest operating system and better than Vista.

As for your screen, it sounds like a poor connection. Sometimes it is due to fraying of the connection between the base and the lid. I would post that as a new issue in the "hardware" section. Maybe someone will have some ideas.
