Did you delete it or uninstall it? Windows 7 has a slightly more circuitous route to add/remove programs than earlier versions:

I do not know Chrome, but on other browsers (IE, Firefox), you navigate to the page(s) you want as your new home page(s), go to Tools>Options (Internet Options) General tab and select 'Use Current Page(s)' for your Home Page(s).

Of course, uninstall programs/Tool Bars/add ons you do not want.
Also look to see what add ons section there is and see if there are options for disabling specific add ons.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

I would avoid snapdo it is not nice:

Frankly the best bet is to avoid all addon toolbars. At the best they are unnecessary and at the worst they are malware. If you want to get shot of all toolbars, first make sure they do not appear in Control Panel > Programs and Features. Next run this very small free program (download from blue button "Download Now @BleepingComputer"):

You do not install this in the normal way. You just Save the file somewhere (rather than running it on line), then double click the downloaded file to run the program. Run the Clean first (there is a Report if you want to see and select what it removes). I have found it quite safe and best to just run the Clean and get shot of all dubious toolbars.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
