How do I copy my hidden and password protected files?

April 30, 2012 at 05:54:20
Specs: Windows 7, Intel core 2 Duo 1.83 GHz, 2 GB RAM
I am using File and folder protector v3.4 and somehow forgot the password. My system details are Windows 7 ultimate, Intel core 2 Duo 1.83 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 32 Bit OS.
1. I tried to uninstall the program but it asks for the password.
2. When I tried to copy it from Windows Dos prompt, access was denied.
3. If I reinstall my OS, will it show my hidden files and let me access it without any damage?
Can someone pls. help me to reslove this problem?

A forgotten password in such a case is a very serious matter. Your best option is to contact the software supplier for advice. This forum, like most others, does not help with forgotten passwords. There is no way to verify that you have legitimate access to the files in question.

You should have had a backup of the files stored in a secure location.

Before posting my question in this forum, I tried to contact the supplier several times thru mail from their website since 28th april, but no response. I own this system and files were created by me.
