how do I contact my email provider?

Specs: Windows 7
someone is accessing my emails without my permission. At one point she did have my password, but I have changed it and she is still accessing them because she is sending them to other people. I have tried on Yahoo to find a way to contact them, but I can't find the way to do this. I'm not an IT wizard, so I need some help to get my privacy back please.

How you contact service providers varies widely and we have no idea who provides your email service. If you can find their website there is usually a "contact us" section on their home pages.

Some folk use Yahoo as their search engine. Are we to assume that Yahoo is your email provider?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

How do you access your email?
Browser? like Yahoo mail or Gmail? The only way to protect your mail box is with a password.

Outlook? or other email clients on your computer?
If password change doesn't stop unwanted access then most likely malware or virus is using the email client to send out spam.

Try changing the password again. I assume your email provider/yahoo sends you an email confirming a password change. It's possible she saw that one too. After changing it, permanently delete the confirmation email.
