how do I check HP Officejet ink levels in W7?

Specs: Windows 7
I have an HP Computer which has windows 7 64 bit and can not determine ink levels as I did using XP. Is there any solution to this???

you can try to download a windows 7 driver for the printer, if that doesn't work you may be out of luck. I have the same problem with my Epson printer. I have to plug it in to an XP machine to see how much ink is remaining, that's because I have 6 cartridges in use.

All of the above, plus check your manual since there may also be an option of pressing a button or combination of buttons to get a printer status printout and that may tell you the ink levels.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
If all else fails, read instructions.
