Specs: Windows 7
I would like to set up a default that always gives me a small-sized, elevated 'st' or 'rd' o 'nd' and so on after a number. How can I achieve this?

ok, so if you open a blank word document, click on the fancy logo top left to open the menu, now bottom right beside X Exit Word, there is "Word Options", select that, under "proofing" tab, and what you likely want is in the "Auto Correct" options, click on Auto correct, and it brings up a whole list of auto features.

Honestly I don't know, because that is what I use and without any special settings it will automatically change it to the correct format itself, if I type 13th it supersets the small th automatically, I'll see if I can find what setting it is.
