Their are different ways. Put them on a CD and download to your documents
on your new computer.
Or send them to yourself by email with your old computer and open the email
with your new computer and download them to your documents.
For I E open File and click Import and follow directions going to your documents.
For Firefox - Bookmarks - Organize Bookmarks - Import and follow directions
to your documents.
For both when you get to your documenst - right click the Favorites or Bookmarks
and left click SELECT.
Use your old computer and Export your Favorites to your Documents. I;ve always done this but maybe you didn't

Might even be able to email them to the new computer.

Copy the favorites folder from the old computer onto a USB stick or CD and copy it to the new computer overwriting the existing folder. Make sure there are no new entries in the newer folder before you do this. Worked for me when I started using Win 7. If you are using Firefox the "Xmarks" is a handy add-in to investigate.
