Solved how can i resolve 0xc000007b

Specs: Windows 7
Dear Tech Support!
Don't you think that the problem isn't sold?
I get same errors, I can't run almost everything, it's always 0xc000007b !
Google search gave no useful results.
I scaned my system with a new up-to-date Nod32. I've installed my Windows XP Pro + SP2 (edition) just now, so there can't be no restore point or some wrong step I've taken.
How can I solve the problem?

✔ Best Answer
If it's happening just after a fresh Windows install, it's likely to be a hardware issue, so start by testing the RAM and the hard drive with a bootable CD.

RAM test - Memtest86: http://www.memtest86.com/

Hard drive test - use manufacturer's diagnostic software:
