There are two types of permissions. One is smb and the other usually is ntfs permissions. In most cases you set smb to read write everyone and then limit based on ntfs by user, groups, or other.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?

Thanks to your replay, When I login as admin and don't have permissions to do see my IP address. I check my server nothing problem in my groups or permissions. To solve this problem I go to the client and joined to workgroup after restart I joined to my domain. Then everything working.

I'm so happy to your answer, thanks.
