Specs: Windows 7
I have a Inspiron 1545 and it won't let me log in. I'm thinking that i might have a virus but I'm not completely sure. The only thing that I've done on my computer is use the Internet, type papers, and check my email. I'm not sure but I'm thinking it's Facebook that gave me this problem.

Do you know the administrator password? Or is this the account you have been logging in under?

What specifically is the error? Bad password?

if you think you have a virus and cant log in, you can run a system restore using the repair cd, download from here if you didnt make one when you first used win 7, http://neosmart.net/blog/2009/windo...

if that fails you will have to bite the bullet and do a factory restore, this will mean wiping your C; drive and losing all your files and settings, but it will fix your problem and reset your machine to the day you bought it.

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....
