How can I get live help with my problem after buying help

Specs: Windows 7
I cannot register my product license I purchased on July 26. I would like to speak to a live
person after futile data entry trying to solve the problem as a elderly customer trying to
get rid of computer crash items.

Then you will need to contact the company you purchased the product from. We are an independent computer help forum not tied to any product, nor do we offer phone support.

If you would like help here, we would be glad to try but you need to provide as much information about your product and the problems you are having.

July 28, 2014 at 15:50:00 have two post here now for the same problem... Best to stick with one of them - as otherwise things will get very confused. Also one of them will likely be deleted. Suggest you stick with your first post read /follow the answers and advice there.

In that other post "we" are asking what software are you referring to? What is the license for? From whom or from where did you buy it - and why?

What are the problems you are trying fix with software for which you have bought key?

I will duplicate this response in the other post (your first/previous one); and hopefully this one will be deleted (to prevent confusions various arising)...

Looks as though the first post has been deleted already, as it was effectively a duplicate post... So this is the only one for deepended to follow.


We need to know software for which the key was purchased, from whom or where it was purchased. Also why you went for it - what is happening with you computer that made you look for something to install and fix it?

Any information you can give us about the problems with your computer, the better; as then people here may be able to help you resolve the situation/resolve the original problem(s).
