Easeus has a number of utilities that may be able to rebuild the old partition.

As stated above. Do not write to the partition any more and in the future make backups of important irreplaceable files. Get Easeus utilities at the link below.

ZAR 9.2 worked well for one user here:

You may be able to get by with the free/demo version but note its limitations.

Oh, and even if you hadn't formatted it, a flash drive is a risky place for permanent storage of 'precious memories'.

Flash drives are the least reliable of modern storage media. In addition there is the possibility that they may be lost, stolen, accidentally formatted, or physically damaged. They should be used primarily as a transport media.

All files of any importance need at least 1 backup copy. File of particular importance (really precious) require 2 or more backup copies.

Stop using this formatted USB flash drive immediately in case that anything new would rewrite your stuffs and make them gone permanently.
And then, connect this USB flash drive to computer and check whether all these stuffs could be restored with the help of some data recovery software, like Recuva, 4Card Recovery, iCare Data Recovery Free and Power Data Recovery, etc.
No matter which tool you prefer to use, just act carefully in case of farther troubles.
In the future, never format a USB flash drive without data backups again.
