What are you trying to achieve? Editing the MBR will almost certainly screw up your computer (unless you are very clever - but then you'd know how to do it without having to ask). It's bad enough when people start editing the Registry without really knowing what they are doing, but the MBR....

But if that's what you want, just get hold of a sector editor and go ahead.

Perhaps if you explain what the real problem is someone will be able to advise.

Easy BCD is really for manipulating the Boot Loader rather than the MBR, although it will let you replace the MBR with a good one.

It all depends upon why the OP feels he needs to edit the MBR; in reality I doubt very much that he does want to do so.
