✔ Best Answer
Put it on this free website:
http://www.fileconvoy.com/index.php

Once it is on there you will be given an address (URL). Copy that to your friends and they will be able to download the file, Email is mentioned on that website but neither your friends or yourself need to use it.

Obviously for the file to work your friends will need PowerPoint on their computer.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

The site that Derek linked to is excellent (in my limited experience)
for making files available for hours, days, or weeks. I know there
are scads of options for longer-term (ideally permanent) storage,
but would anyone care to say what they think the best options are?
