First, try selecting and highlighting all text within the email and then change the font size with the font tool in your email client. If that doesn't work, a simple easy trick is to copy the body of the email and paste it into your favorite word program and set the font size in there and send it to the printer.

It matters not how straight the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,

I am the captain of my soul.

I'm betting is using aol mail.

You can click on 'settings' from the aol toolbar and then click the 'settings a - z' tab and go down to 'font and text settings'. That's the only place I see where you can change the font. I'm not sure if changes there apply to incoming mail as well but you can always try it and see what happens. Otherwise I don't think there's any feature to change the font after highlighting it so you'd have to copy and paste it to an editor.
