Bring up the page you want, then go to Internet Options, under Home Page click "use current", then click Apply.

Is it possible your usual homepage is down (or the address has changed)?
When I try to go to a page that's down, I often end up on a Google search page.
Try searching for Dell (using Google) and find the page you want. Then set it as your default homepage.

Please let us know if you found someone's advice to be helpful.

Malware does weird things like that. Try a quick scan with Malwarebytes and fix all it finds:

If #4 doesn't fix it (which it might) then try this afterwards:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/dow...

It is just a file that you save somewhere and double click to run. After the Scan it is usually safe to run the Clean which removes all undesireable toolbars. Keep all logs in case any further action is necessary.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
