Solved Hidden administrator acount does not achieve its purpose

Gigabyte / Ga-78lmt-s2p
March 7, 2014 at 20:44:38
Specs: Windows 7- 64Bit, 1.8 GHz / 4gig
I needed to make an adjustment to my Firewall settings and having arrived at the appropriate page I found that the "Change Settings" button was greyed out and I could make no changes.

I used this command to enable the hidden admin account: "net user administrator /active:yes" I repeated the steps but the button remains greyed, is there something I'm missing?

Regards.

Thank you phil... I had been to both those sites and I printed the MS help before I posted with the result I have described hence my post here for (hopefully) better assistance.

Thing is on my other computer which is Win 7/32 exactly the same circumstance exists. I logged on there with admin privileges and I still have a greyed unresponsive box there as well.
