Solved hibernation not working in windows 7

Specs: Windows 7
my windows 7 wont enable hibernation when i type powercfg -h on. it says error code 0xc000007f is preventing hybernation. this error code is said to be associated with not enough space to create the hiberfil.sys on c drive but i have 3 gb of space in c drive and 3456 total ram. Also when trying to enable sleep it says the vgapnp.sys does not support sleep state. i did mess with the paging tab in computer properties, i was wondering if that could be the cause of it and how to fix it?Both sleep and hibernation did work on this computer before until i went overseas for a few months, came back , cleaned things around in the computer, changed something in the computer properties which i beleive was the paging tab and then hibernation stopped working.

Not enough disk space may be a factor. I stumbled across this thread with a similar issue of limited disk space.
