I cant find any reference to your model number on the Internet which is hardly surprising as Time computers went out of business many years ago. A a computer that originally came with Windows XP is unlikely to be suitable for Windows 7.

For a computer to run Windows 7 effectively you need at least 2Gbs of RAM and a hard disk of around 350 Gbs. Windows 7 alone needs around 30 Gbs.

Download and run this upgrade advisor. It will tell you if your computer is suitable for Windows 7.

You have added an Acer Aspire T180-OA7Z desktop to the list but I don't think that is going to make much difference. I can see on eon sale on Ebay for £5.50

The Aspire T180 is capable of running Win7 provided you upgrade the memory to at least 2GB. In fact, it will accept up to 4G (4 x 1GB):,281...

I couldn't find much info an your Time computer but it seems they used MSI motherboards. One link suggest your board is the MSI KM3M-V. It's not a good candidate for Win7. Does it look like this?
