do you have one of those function keys, as in a mute button?
if not check the taskbar, on the sound icon does it say: Speaker:Muted?

Please turn off the Caps Lock, unless you're deliberately SHOUTING at us for some reason?

Packard Bell pulled out of the US market many years ago. Please post the model of your computer so one of us can look up the specs. Although you mentioned games, my guess is it's not a gaming computer. I'm also going to guess the sound worked at one time, so what has changed? Have you installed any new software, updates, or drivers? What have you tried so far to try to fix it? Have you checked Device Manager to make sure the audio drivers are OK?

Are you saying nothing produces sound from your computer?

Did the sound just suddenly vanish or was it after you did something?

Look in Device Manager > Sound video and game controllers and see if there are any errors showing in your sound device. If so let us know what you find.

Ensure the sound is turned up on the devices you use and not muted.

From Device Manager you could go to your sound device, right click it and select Uninstall. Restart your computer and it will find your sound as "new hardware" then install the driver again. Sometimes this has fixed sound issues.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
