Hardware graphic accelerator is disabled

Specs: Windows 7
i just bought a brand new laptop without os in it.. so i installed win7 ultimate..
computer specs:
Compaq Presario CQ42-268TX Core i3, 500GB, ATI Radeon HD 545v 512MB Dedicated Graphics, IntelĀ® HM55, 2 GB DDR3 (1 x 2048 MB)..
but when i just played chess titan or solitaire.. a pop up appear and says:
hardware acceleration is disabled or not supported by your video card because the video card does not meet the minimum requirement of 64mb which could slow game performance.make sure you have the latest video card driver installed and that hardware acceleration is turned on"
and can you help me with the upgrades im a gamer.

you will need ti install the mainboard drivers and any other spcialist drivers either from the cd or from the website for that machine.

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....

and also my friend told me that i am running in 64 bit.. that i should switch to 32 bit, bcoz that is why my drivers and graphics card isnt running well.. i dont know anything about this ahaha..
