Solved Getting loading CSS needs jquery error message...what to do?

Specs: Windows 7
I am receiving a "loading css needs jquery" error message and need to know what I can do to correct whatever is causing it. Nothing is popping up on the web or Microsoft.

If that is the EXACT message, it is telling you it needs jQuery.

Yes, that is the exact message I am receiving. Until now, I didn't even know of "jquery"!

I am using Internet Explorer, but I don't remember the websites. I was, though, browsing for a Sony blue-ray dvd player with built in wifi.
