Getting ATI FireGL 7750 to work w/ Adobe CS5

Adobe Premiere pro cs5 v.5.0
August 31, 2010 at 07:13:16
Specs: Windows 7 64 bit, 8 Gb
I recently upgraded the RAM in my PC from 4 to 8 GB. Installed a new ATI FireGL 7750 card and I still get an error from Premiere Pro stating "no capable video play module found. Please update display driver and try again." All other apps from Adobe CS 5 work. Adobe said it's the video card. Any clue?

Basically the same thing as this I think.

" Windows Only: Some video cards will cause Soundbooth CS4 to fail on launch (Issue #1750864)

The error seen in Soundbooth upon launch is: "Soundbooth could not find any capable video play modules. Please update your video display drivers and start again. If this does not resolve the problem, please contact Adobe technical support. [Error: NV_OGL]" This error is caused by a failing OpenGL video card driver. First, try to update to the latest video card driver. If your computer manufacturers latest video card driver update doesnt fix the issue, try going to the website of the video card manufacturer and downloading the latest drivers there. If the driver update does not resolve the problem, please contact Adobe Suppo"

I would remove the application and re-install it. If it fails then I'd do a clean install of the OS and then the video card and then the adobe product. It should work. I am guessing one of two issues. One is the open gl deal which I think the firegl ought to support. Second is the changing of the card. May be some config settings or registry settings still left over from the original card.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?
